Sale Prices

 

Sale Prices only apply to items in stock and where indentified.  Any item specially ordered will be supplied at the normal price and the sale price will not apply.

 

How will I know that my order has been received?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been received.  It is your responsibility to ensure your e-mail address is up to date and current. 

Can I pay by cheque? 

Of course. Select "CHEQUE WITH ORDER" as the payment method at check-out and send a cheque made payable to our parent company Jewellery Fever, PO Box 256, Bury, BL9 8FL.  Goods will be despatched once your cheque has been cleared.

Is my information safe?

NoveltyFever does not keep your card details once your order has been processed. Payments are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout who are some of the largest payment agents for on-line e-commerce.  Only NoveltyFever and the processing agent has access to the data.  We will not hold any sensitive or personal information except that which is necessary to process the order.  Any other data will only be held with the express permission of the customer. The information we will collect about you includes:  your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details.

 

The information that we collect about you will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect this information about you in order to process the order and provide you with the best service we can. 

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by subscribing to our mailing list.

What about cookies?

 

Our system requires you to enable "cookies" and instructions are held on our website as to how to do this. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

 

What about returns?

 

To return any item you must contact NoveltyFever within 3 days of receiving the item.

All items must be returned, complete in the original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund to cover repackaging charges.

To arrange for a return please e-mail orders@noveltyfever.co.uk stating your full details, the item and the reason for return. 

Faulty Returns

Returns must be received before we can despatch a replacement or authorise return of payment. You must arrange for safe return of the item and NoveltyFever will not be responsible for insuring returned items.  All items must be returned, complete in the original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund to cover repackaging charges.

Other Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers

 

Any delivery and/or despatch times quoted are estimates and we cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

Orders will only be fulfilled once it has been confirmed and payment received unless previously agreed payment terms are in place

If we detect that an item has been mis-priced we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any money paid by you for that item or order. 

Where sizes and/or dimensions are quoted these are to be considered approximate.

 

Occasionally the specification of a product may be changed by a manufacturer.  Should this happen we will ship a product of equal or superior specification.

We try to keep all items available but in the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. 

To place an order you must be resident in the UK and be over 18 years of age.

All goods remain the title of NoveltyFever until paid for in full.

None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
