Standard Service
This uses standard first class Royal Mail package service and can take up to 5 working days to reach you. This is not a guaranteed service and NoveltyFever cannot be responsible for delays. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.
Recorded Delivery
This uses Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service and requires the package to be signed for on delivery. Should you not be available to accept the package you will need to collect it from the Post Office specified on the form left at your premises. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Special Delivery (Next Day after despatch)
This uses Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery "by 1pm" service and requires the package to be signed for on delivery. Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm on the next working day except Sundays and is only available for orders received prior to 2pm. For Saturday deliveries there is an additional charge of £2 per delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, NoveltyFever cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day by the service selected. Please note heavy items on Special Delivery are at the over 1kg (2.2lbs) rate. All other rates are up to 1kg (2.2lbs) in weight.
